June 7 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (registration begins at 4:30 p.m.)

200 Fifth Avenue, at 23rd Street and Fifth Avenue, Town Hall space on second floor
The annual meeting will begin at 5 p.m. followed by a networking reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
You are invited to celebrate five successful years of the Flatiron Partnership, learn more about the BID's programs and upcoming initiatives, review the BID's budget and financial statements, vote for board members, meet your neighbors and enjoy a panel discussion about the strength of the Flatiron District today, moderated by Robert Walsh, Commissioner of the New York City Department of Small Business Services, with community leaders Lidia Bastianich, Marc Glosserman and Brad Hargreaves. Lester Holt, NBC News anchor and correspondent and Flatiron resident, is expected to make opening remarks.
An RSVP is required. All BID members, including property owners, commercial tenants and residents, should register prior to the meeting so they can vote for directors.
All owners of real property, commercial tenants, and residential owners and tenants in the district are eligible to vote at our Annual Meeting. This form lists categories that qualify you as a member. If you do not fall under one of these, please register as a nonmember.
